Alghiffari Aqsa is a staff lawyer in the community legal empowerment department of the Jakarta Legal Aid Institute (LBH Jakarta) in Indonesia. His efforts there focus on training paralegals, who can undergo relatively short training programs to become qualified to provide direct legal services to clients in need, thus helping to close the gap between the high demand and low supply of legal practitioners in Indonesia.
