Instructions to Attend the Forum

To attend our event, you must (1) sign up for our virtual platform, Hopin, (2) log in to Hopin, and then (3) join the event!

  • Step 1: Sign up for our virtual platform, Hopin (at least 48 hours before the event)

    1. You will have received an email from PILnet (via a Hopin email address) called “Your link to the PILnet Global Forum.” 
    2. Click “Accept Registration” 
    3. Create a password for Hopin with other relevant profile information of your choosing.
    4. You will then receive a confirmation email.
  • Step 2: Log in to Hopin (at least 30 minutes before the event)

  1. Click on this link and log in to Hopin using your email and password. If you are already logged in, click “Enter event.”
  • Step 3: Join the event!

    1. You can now view and participate in sessions throughout the day!

 

Requirements:

  • Please use a computer (not a mobile device) with a Google Chrome browser to join.
  • Please makes sure you are not behind a firewall and you may have problems if you connect a VPN.
  • Running Hopin in an incognito tab is preferred because plug-ins and extensions could potentially cause issues.

  • Step 3: Join the event (30 minutes before your session)

    1. You will have received a link from your PILnet contact. 
    2. Click on that link to join the session. 
    3. Click on “Share Audio and Video.” You are now live!

*If you are a featured speaker, you will receive additional instructions from your PILnet contact.
