Charlotte Chan
Charlotte Chan is developing a comprehensive practice with an emphasis on commercial disputes. Her spectrum of civil practice ranges from tortious claims and land disputes to corporate matters including misconducts of directors, breach of fiduciary duties, winding-up and other equitable reliefs.
Charlotte has practical experience in interlocutory applications both as an advocate on her own and as a junior. She has also appeared in the High Court for both civil and criminal trials, as well as represented successful applicants in obtaining leave to apply for judicial review and interim reliefs.
She also provides regular pro bono legal advice through the Duty Lawyers Service and acts as counsel on fiat for the prosecution in criminal cases.
