Chelsea Champion is a Federal Defender in the Trial Unit at the Federal Defender Program in the Northern District of Georgia. Chelsea has a passion for trial advocacy and for teaching. She spent six years as a public defender at the DeKalb County Public Defender’s Office before joining the Federal Defender Program. In her time at a public defender’s office she gained experience trying misdemeanor cases and complex felonies, including life eligible cases.
