Chloe Chan is a corporate lawyer and advises public and private sector clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestments and private equity matters in Hong Kong and the broader Asia Pacific. Chloe is driven to progressing justice for vulnerable and disadvantaged children. She has worked with a number of non-profit organisations on a pro bono basis, including Hong Kong Children In Need, Justice Centre Hong Kong and Children 1^st, a Scottish charity working to protect children from abuse and neglect. Chloe graduated with a first class honours from the University of Aberdeen and is admitted to practice as a solicitor in England, Wales and Scotland. She is also a registered Notary Public in Scotland, and currently practicing as a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Hong Kong.
