Katherine Henzell is an Executive Director in Legal at UBS and specializes in equity financing and derivatives. She is also a joint coordinator of the UBS in-house pro bono programme and member of the UBS Hong Kong Community Affairs Committee, and is a member of the ACC pro bono committee. Katherine has worked for UBS for over 10 years in both Hong Kong and Tokyo, and before that in private practice with Simmons & Simmons in Tokyo and Blake Dawson Waldron in Sydney and Melbourne. Katherine is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and New South Wales, Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master in Arts, both from the University of Queensland.
