Pedro Rosário is our Junior Legal Officer: Global Clearinghouse based in Lisbon. He holds a Master's degree in International and European Law from the University of Amsterdam, a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Lisbon, and is currently completing a Postgraduate programme in International Cooperation and NGO Management from the Catholic University of Porto. With advocacy, legal and diplomatic experience across Africa and Europe, his work brings together law and social impact. Pedro works for the Global Clearinghouse team at PILnet, supporting Civic Society Organizations finding pro bono legal support.
