Sharon Nourani joined UBS in Hong Kong earlier this year, and is a Director in Legal, specializing in leveraged and acquisition finance. Sharon was originally in private practice with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, where she covered a broad range of cross-border banking and finance transactions. Sharon received a Bachelor of arts with honors in Law with Politics from the University of Manchester before completing her legal education at BPP Law School London and going on to qualify as a solicitor of England and Wales.
