Victoria Wisniewski Otero is the Founder & CEO of Resolve Foundation, a Hong Kong-based NGO that inspires, empowers and connects emerging community leaders for inclusive social change. Victoria has worked for a decade in the human rights and nonprofit sector. She was formerly the Advocacy and Campaigns Manager at Justice Centre Hong Kong, working with and for some of the most misunderstood groups in Hong Kong – refugees and forced migrants. She also worked as a Researcher at the Center for Economic and Social Rights (CESR) and UN HABITAT. Victoria sat on the founding Membership Advisory Group of the CIVICUS Global Alliance’s Solidarity Fund from 2019 to 2020. She was selected in 2018 for Tatler Magazine’s prestigious Generation T List, among 50 entrepreneurs, innovators and creatives showing potential to become leaders of tomorrow. She was also the Speaker Communications Manager of TEDxWanChai. In 2020, she was awarded the AmCham Women of Influence Awards in the Young Achiever category.
