Stephenson Chow is currently an Assistant Professor at the City University of Hong Kong. He obtained his PhD from the University of Nottingham (UK), He is on the Editorial Advisory Board of the International Journal for Human Rights and Constitutional Studies and is a member of the Society of Legal Scholars and the Asian Society of International Law. As a member of the US bar, he served on the Executive Committee of the American Bar Association, Section of International Law, Hong Kong Chapter in 2015. His research focuses on international law and diversity and has published his works at the Human Rights Law Review and the International and Comparative Law Quarterly (ICLQ). He was awarded ICLQ's 2017 Young Scholar Award.
