We cordially invite you to join us for the next Paris Pro Bono Roundtable on Wednesday, 11 June 2025, held as part of this year’s European Pro Bono Week. This in-person and virtual session will focus on civil society resilience, exploring how the legal community can support and strengthen democratic principles amid growing global challenges. We will have a panel led by Noanne Tenneson, Director of the French clearinghouse, Alliance des Avocats pour les Droits de l’Homme to discuss the developments in the US, their impact on NGOs in France, and what pro bono professionals can do to help. The event will bring together civil society representatives, legal professionals, and clearinghouses for a meaningful discussion on the role of legal expertise in upholding democracy and the rule of law. In addition to knowledge sharing and an engaging roundtable discussion, this event offers an excellent opportunity for networking with like-minded professionals committed to advancing pro bono efforts across Europe. Following the discussion, there will be a drinks reception and light refreshments. As spaces are limited, we kindly ask you to send an email to Carole Camia at [email protected] to reserve your place. We look forward to welcoming you at DLA Piper at 27 rue Laffitte 75009, Paris!
