Child-friendly justice for children accused, suspected, or convicted for an offence: National Advocacy Event in Hungary

PILnet, Terre de hommes, and other partners in the CLEAR-Rights project will host an by invitation only professional and child-led event in Hungary to share experiences about reinforcing legal aid systems and pro bono legal assistance for children with Hungarian key stakeholders involved in legal assistance for children suspected or accused of crimes.

The hosts will present the publications developed during the implementation of the project and discuss the use of the “Minimum accreditation criteria recommended for lawyers defending children in conflict with the law” in the Hungarian context. Members of the Hungarian Children’s Advisory Board of the CLEAR-Rights project will also participate in the event and share their experiences related to the project.
