In line with the GRF Legal Community Pledge, PILnet seeks to coordinate the matching of the unmet legal needs of refugees and other forcibly displaced people, as well as the organizations that work with them. We do this by working with civil society organizations and legal service providers to scope legal needs and sharing these with legal professionals that have joined the GRF Legal Community Pledge and/or within our global pro bono network. Upon receipt of your completed form, PILnet will contact you to discuss your legal needs in further detail and to help you prepare a request for pro bono legal assistance. A detailed outline of the intake and matching procedures can be found in the GRF Legal Community Pledge Matching Guide. All information that you provide in this form will be kept confidential and will only be shared with your approval.

All work will be done pro bono, i.e. free of charge.

Project Description

Please refer to the Menu of Pro Bono Services for guidance on the different areas of law/practice.
Please be as specific as possible.
For example, expertise in UK nationality law. We can assist with this if you are not sure what criteria to set.
Ideally, the deadline should be no closer than three months from the time of submission. We understand this is not always possible but strongly recommend that you give us and the lawyers as much time as possible, so that the chances of placement are greatly increased.
