Setting up a nonprofit can be complicated so the Global Nonprofits Guide will help you to unpack the laws around the world for different forms of nonprofits, the registration process, internal governance structures, compliance with employment and tax regulations. The Guide also provides information on reporting requirements, funding and fundraising rules, and closing down nonprofits.
You can look up information on a specific country, or you can compare information on two countries or entities to see which would work best for your organization.
