On 7 March 2025, PILnet hosted the Opening Event of the fourth round of our Public Interest Law Mentorship Program.

The event began with welcoming remarks from Rachel Lam, PILnet’s Senior Program Officer, followed by a dynamic ice-breaking activity where mentors and mentees got to know each other better. After being introduced to the mentorship program and learning tips on how to maximize opportunities and experiences during the program, participants had the chance to continue networking.

We trust that this round of the mentorship program will provide invaluable experiences for both mentors and mentees, enabling the next generation of public interest professionals to explore pro bono opportunities with guidance from their mentors. We are grateful for the support from all our mentors and mentees, and eagerly anticipate the program’s upcoming events.
