She currently serves as the Senior Director of Talent, Inclusion, and Employee Brand and Global Head of Early Careers at Aptiv, where she oversees strategic programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent globally, including Aptiv’s global early careers programs and university partnerships. Under her leadership, Aptiv has solidified its reputation as an employer of choice while aligning its workforce initiatives with its mission of creating a safer, greener, and more connected world. In 2024, Adonica joined the PILnet Global Board of Directors, bringing her expertise in inclusion, equity, and the strategic development of emerging markets and opportunities. As a board member, she is dedicated to advancing PILnet’s mission by fostering connections between global initiatives and emerging markets, driving transformative impact in underserved communities worldwide. Adonica’s career includes a pivotal role at LexisNexis Legal & Professional, where she led the African Ancestry Network/Rule of Law Foundation Fellowship, a groundbreaking program in partnership with the United States’ Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Law School Consortium. Under her leadership, the fellowship expanded internationally to South Africa, advancing the mission to strengthen the rule of law globally.
