Dr. Adrian Jjuuko is a Ugandan human rights lawyer, researcher and activist. He is the Executive Director of the Human Rights Awareness and Promotion Forum (HRAPF), an organisation that operates a specialised legal aid clinic for LGBTIQ+ persons in Uganda. He advocates for legal change in favour of LGBTIQ+ persons and other criminalised minorities. HRAPF currently coordinates the Coalition to Decriminalise and Declassify Petty Offences in Uganda (CODPO) and is leading strategic litigation efforts challenging the laws criminalising vagrancy offences in Uganda.
