Alexei Bonamin is a lawyer and professor in the Capital Markets, Private Equity & Venture Capital and Investment Fund areas. He is partner of TozziniFreire Advogados and leader of its Corporate, Capital Markets, Banking & Finance, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Financial Innovation, ESG, Sustainable and Impact Investing groups. He holds an LL.M. degree in Banking and Finance from LSE (The London School of Economics and Political Science) and he is a graduate of the Law School of PUC-SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo). Alexei is a board member of the board of directors of ABRASCA (Brazilian Association of Publicly Held Companies) and Vice-President of its ESG Committee; Board member of the Advisory Board of Aliança pelo Impacto; Coordinator of the sustainability committees of ABVCAP (Brazilian Association of Venture Capital & Private Equity).
