Ana Maria Soto, as the Regional Empowerment Program Manager specializes on approaches to empower jobseekers, workers and civil society, as well as in human rights, remediation, and system change in supply chains. She has led and worked in research on empowering and disempowering factors in survivor services and post-trafficking assistance and has extensive experience working on workers voice and ethical recruitment programs involving remediation for migrant workers’ recruitment fees repayment.
