Antonio Tsui conducts human rights legal research with the Focus Group on Guardianship and Financial Management of Mentally Incapacitated Persons. In his work, he examines the legal framework of guardianship in different jurisdictions, the rights of mentally incapacitated persons, specifically surrounding financial management. He also organizes study groups centered on these legal issues. As a PILnet Fellow, Antonio will develop a project that aims to enhance protections for mentally incapacitated persons through improving social services and legal reform.
