Aram Hovanesjan
Aram is an Associate in the tax team of Osborne Clarke Amsterdam.
With a strong focus on international tax structuring, tax litigation, and real estate and M&A transactions, Aram provides advice on the tax aspects of cross-border investments, corporate restructurings, and the resolution of international (double) tax issues for private individuals and multinational companies. Aram has worked with listed funds, family-owned businesses, and tech companies, among others.
In 2018, Aram obtained his master's degree in International and European tax law, along with two master's degrees in Dutch Private Law from the University of Amsterdam. In 2023, Aram completed both the Dutch lawyer's and Dutch tax adviser's programs.
Aram is a member of the Amsterdam Bar Association and the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers.
