Bianca has solid experience in human rights matters and in advising civil society organizations. She is a member of the Association of Pro bono Counsel (APBCo) and of the São Paulo State Bar Association Non-profit Law Commission. She holds a masters degree in Human Rights and Development from Universidad Pablo de Olavide de Sevilla (Spain) and was a former researcher at FGV São Paulo Law School. Bianca worked for some relevant Brazilian and international NGOs and served as a consultant through the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) advising the General-Secretariat of the Presidency of Brazil on a new regulatory framework for partnerships between non-profits and public authorities.
