Carolina is a dedicated lawyer, leader, and advocate. A Scorpio, mother of Ana and Juan, and a committed friend and daughter, she earned her law degree from UBA in 1995 and an LLM from NYU in 1998. After living in the U.S., she chose to return to Argentina to raise her family. Since 2021, Carolina has been a director of Pampa S.A. (PAM), BrasilAgro (AGRO3), Banco Hipotecario S.A., Futures and Options, and Agrofy, overseeing legal and compliance. She is a partner at ZBV Abogados, leading the Banking Finance, Fintech, and Capital Markets department, and chairs the firm’s executive committee. Passionate about gender equality, justice, and pro bono work, she is actively engaged in the Jewish community. She is a member of the Adeba Foundation, CIPPEC’s Advisory Council, The Vance Center, the International Bar Association, the Buenos Aires Bar Association, and the Pro Bono Commission.
