Charmaine Yap is a Senior Associate with Drew & Napier LLC in Singapore. In addition to her practice in commercial litigation and arbitration, she works with NGOs such as Justice Without Borders and Project X to represent foreign domestic workers, sex workers, and foreign spouses in both civil and criminal proceedings. In her pro bono work, Charmaine draws on her experience working with local and regional NGOs in Singapore on policy and legal research, and case work involving low wage migrant workers, including Transient Workers Count Too (TWC2), Healthserve, and the COVID-19 Migrant Support Coalition.
