Cheng Qian is a program director with the Wuhan University Public Interest and Development Law Institute (PIDLI) in China. In this role, Mr. Cheng has designed, coordinated, and otherwise contributed to the implementation of human rights and public interest law programs within Wuhan University and has been a contributing author and editor of various law journals. He has an LL.B. and LL.M. from Wuhan University, and received a graduate certificate from the Johns Hopkins University—Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies. As a PILnet International Fellow, Mr. Cheng will develop a project to promote business and human rights in China.
