Chloé Vialard is a French Avocate à la Cour and foreign registered lawyer in A&O Shearman’s International Arbitration practice in Singapore. She advises and represents companies and State-owned entities in international arbitrations, with a focus on Asia, and is an accredited mediator at the Singapore International Mediation Institute. Chloé is also active in the firm’s global Human Rights Working Group and Asia Pro Bono Committee. She leads initiatives supporting access to justice, women and girl’s rights, and economic empowerment, including co-initiating the Singapore France Support Centre for women victims of violence. Chloé is a 2023 Rising Talent Laureate of the Women’s Forum for the Economy and Society, a 2024 award recipient of the Trophy for French Established Abroad for Social and Humanitarian Responsibility, and was nominated Knight of the National Order of Merit (Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Mérite) by French Presidential Decree on 15 May 2025.
