She graduated as an attorney and notary from Universidad Rafael Landívar; she has postgraduate studies in Constitutional Law from the Constitutional Court of Guatemala, as well as a certificate in legal English from Pontificia Universidad Javierana de Bogotá. Claudia is the executive director of Fundación Pro Bono Guatemala (currently being established), in which coordination from Central American countries is being done specifically in pro bono cases. For several years she worked as program director for the public defense division at the URL Law School, where she also taught Constitutional Law and Theory of the State. In addition to that, she was in charge of the Legal Enforcement Division, which followed up on migrant services, as well as coordinating the legal departments of some law firms, and handling cases in the Department of Registry Operations at the General Registry of Real Estate. Her areas of expertise include Constitutional Law, Corporate Law, Law of Banking, Registry Law, Notarial and Contract Law, as well as project management and supervision. She is currently using her knowledge, experience and trajectory as an attorney and notary to make contributions in matters of social service.
