Darlene Bos is the US Development Officer at PILnet. Immediately prior to joining PILnet in January 2026, she worked with institutional funders at the Asian Law Caucus. Her experience in development and organizational leadership comes from two decades of service to organizations that advance justice, safety, and inclusion in a variety of roles, including grant writer, development director, and executive director. Darlene is an experienced public speaker and educator who has served as a park ranger and teaches as adjunct faculty at a community college. She also writes published fiction novels using multiple pen names.
