Diane Stewart is an attorney, international legal consultant, investor and board member (profit and non-profit). A former BigLaw partner, she now has her own corporate legal and advisory practice specializing in corporate finance transactions and general counsel services to private US and international companies and to private equity and social impact investors. She also serves on the board of directors of Dallas-based Pieces Technologies, Inc. (a healthcare technology company) and is a venture partner in Ascension Ventures UK (a venture capital investment group investing in UK start-ups).
