Diep is a seasoned senior executive with multi-sector experience (nonprofit, high-tech, international) in grantmaking, strategic partnerships, evaluation, financial analysis, and organizational development. She co-founded and serves as president of Pacific Links Foundation, an international nonprofit with large-scale empowerment programs in schools, communities, and factories. Diep has fostered CSR partnerships with multinational corporations and designed comprehensive solutions and innovative tools to combat trafficking and forced labor in the supply chain. Diep is a graduate of Harvard University and San Jose State University and also pursued her Economics PhD at the University of California, Berkeley. Diep came to the United States as a refugee from Vietnam.
