Ervin Tan has seven years of arbitration experience both as tribunal secretary and as counsel, including arbitrations under a variety of institutional rules (SIAC, ICC, LCIA, HKIAC) relating to various industries including: aviation, banking, construction, energy, FMCGs, food and agribusiness, gaming, oil and gas, and pharmaceuticals. Ervin also have acted in two investment treaty arbitrations (ICSID, PCA) against Asian states.
