Mr. Najafov is one of the famous legal experts in Azerbaijan, who has pursued Master of law on Management of Rule of Law Projects from Loyola University of Chicago and Bachelor of law of Baku State University. He has wide range of research experience in the field of: Development of the Judicial System by EU funded projects, Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals, where he is HELP Info Point of CoE HELP program (https://www.coe.int/en/web/help/info-points), Increasing access to justice for vulnerable groups, Public Service and Social Innovations (joint USAID and OHCHR funded project), etc. Mr. Najafov has over 10 years of professional experience in legal and Judicial System, legal aid, legal education & training, legal drafting, project design and implementation regarding Law and Justice with the Government institutions and other National & International organizations in Azerbaijan. He is very hardworking, dedicated and self-motivated individual who always displays positive attitude towards any assigned task. Mr. Najafov has practical experience in legal counselling, facilitating mediation, working with national administrations in human rights and legal matters as well as experienced in organizing workshops, seminars etc.
