Flavia Regina Oliveira

Flavia focuses her practice on social impact and philanthropy, advising non-profits in health, education, culture, and the environment, while also supporting companies and families in structuring private social investments. She specializes in structuring civil society organizations and impact businesses, providing legal consulting on tax, corporate, governance, contracts, and administrative matters, always with a focus on impactful initiatives. Flavia also works with human rights and business, particularly on implementing social criteria in ESG. A pioneer of pro bono work at Mattos Filho, she remains engaged in strengthening pro bono culture in Brazil’s legal sector. She is an officer and co-chair of the IBA Pro Bono Committee. Flavia voluntarily serves as president of Instituto Pro Bono’s board of trustees and vice-president of AACD’s board.
