Gemma McKeown is a solicitor with the Committee on the Administration of Justice (CAJ), an independent human rights NGO, based in Belfast, committed to promoting justice and protecting rights. Her policy and strategic litigation work at CAJ includes addressing the investigative obligations arising out of the conflict in Northern Ireland. Gemma has an LLB from Trinity College Dublin and an LLM in Human Rights from Queen’s University Belfast and after qualifying worked in private practice and at the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission.
