Bella Mosselmans is Director of the Global Strategic Litigation Council for Refugee Rights (‘the Council’). The Council empowers civil society across the world to advance the rights of refugees and migrants through coordinated strategic litigation and legal advocacy. Prior to working at the Council, Bella co-founded a strategic legal NGO, Here for Good, which was set up to support migrants to secure their immigration status post-Brexit. Bella was previously a Kennedy Scholar at Harvard Law School. She also worked as an Asylum and Human Rights lawyer for the NGO Safe Passage, helping unaccompanied children reunite with their families. Bella was nominated on the Forbes 30 under 30 List in 2020 for her work advancing migrant rights.
