Isaiah Owolabi
Isaiah Owolabi is a strategy and innovation leader with over 18 years of experience designing and scaling high-impact health, education, and economic inclusion programs. He is the co-founder of HACEY, a social impact organization, and has led multi-million-dollar projects funded by the U.S. Government, World Bank, Gates Foundation, Global Fund, and other global partners.
As a resident scholar at Columbia University, he collaborated with global experts to craft solutions advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Isaiah’s expertise spans systems practice, strategy development, resource mobilization, and policy advocacy. His contributions have been recognized with the Queen Elizabeth II Award for Young Leaders, the Commonwealth Award for Excellence in Development Work, and fellowships with the Obama Foundation, Atlas Corps, and the Mandela Washington Fellowship.
