Jacquelyn MacLennan is a partner in White & Case’s EU practice, and the firm’s Global Pro Bono Practice Leader. She was instrumental in setting up White & Case’s Business and Human Rights Group and is a core team member of that, and the Firm’s ESG Group. Jacqui has extensive litigation experience representing global corporations, and also represents civil society organisations and individuals on a pro bono basis, in cases involving human rights principles and discrimination before the EU Courts in Luxembourg, the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg and in Amicus Curiae briefs before the U.S. Supreme Court.
