Jebra Kambole is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. He is the founder and partner of Law Guards Advocates in Dar-es-salaam, Tanzania. Jebra is a former member of the Governing Council of the Tanganyika Law Society. He is a seasoned criminal, constitutional and human rights lawyer with extensive experience in strategic litigation involving criminal law, freedom of expression, decriminalisation of poverty and status offences, death penalty, and child rights. He has represented clients at the High Court of Tanzania and the Court of Appeal, the East Africa Court of Justice and the African Court on Human and Peoples' Rights.
