Jennifer manages Allen & Overy's U.S. pro bono practice and is part of the firm's global pro bono group. She has handled many immigration-related cases, in particular relating to Afghanistan, and leads the firm's work on Afghan pathways to the U.S. following the 2021 Taliban takeover. She supports firmwide pro bono work on human rights, racial justice and related areas of law. She is on A&O's human rights and social finance and impact investment groups' excom, and is a member of the National Women's Law Center's Leadership Advisory Council, the Law Firm Antiracism Alliance's voting rights group and AILA. Jennifer was a trustee of MSF and of REDRESS. Jennifer was in A&O's derivatives group in London for many years, and worked on social finance and microfinance transactions.
