Jorge is the Director of Pro Bono Partnerships at the Cyrus R. Vance Center for International Justice at the New York City Bar Association. In his role, he is responsible for managing the Vance Center's partnerships with law firms, pro bono clearinghouses, and other legal institutions worldwide. Jorge also co-manages the Pro Bono Network of the Americas, which aims to foster collaboration among clearinghouses in Latin America in order to institutionalize pro bono practice and bridge the access to justice gap in the region. Jorge co-founded and leads the Vance Center's Keep Families Together initiative, supports the legal representation of children and migrants separated in the U.S. by introducing local pro bono counsel in the children's countries of origin to pro bono counsel in the U.S.A.
