Kerry Stares is a Partner at Charles Russell Speechlys focusing on environmental, social and governance. She works with senior management and people across the Firm to understand and improve the Firm’s environmental and social impact. She also supports clients to interrogate how and why ESG issues create risk and value for their business, to understand the fast changing legal and regulatory landscape and to support them to achieve their ESG objectives – integrating ESG into advice and thought leadership, making referrals and connections and partnering on ESG projects. Kerry is a senior commercial litigator and solicitor advocate. She has deep knowledge of the non-profit sector and frontline social impact work, having held senior roles at leading international non-profit organisations.
