Li Gang (Paul) is founder and a board member of the Beijing Impact Law Firm, created in June 2006. He is also the founder and editor-in-chief of the “China Public Interest Litigation” website. Mr. Li received his bachelor's degree in law from China’s Northwestern University of Political Science and Law in 1991, his master's in law from the China University of Political Science and Law in 1999, and holds a PhD in law from the Law School of Tsinghua University. He is also a partner in private practice with the Beijing Zhongwen Law Firm. As a PILnet International Fellow, Li developed a project on managing a public interest law organization in China.
