Speaker: Global Meeting of Corporate In-House Pro Bono Professionals, October 19 Maree is General Counsel, Asia Pacific for Aquila Capital.  She has broad transactional experience in corporate, commercial and financing transactions, with a focus on renewable energy and infrastructure projects. In 2018 Maree was honoured to win the “General Commercial” award the Global Counsel Awards at an event in New York and was included in ALB’s In-house Counsel “40 Under 40” List for Asia Pacific in 2018. Maree has lived and worked in Singapore for 13 years (originally from Australia).  Before moving to an in-house role, Maree was a senior associate at Latham & Watkins in Singapore.  She is a board member of the Association of Corporate Counsel in Singapore.  Maree has been actively involved in the pro bono community in Singapore, serving in various roles to facilitate pro bono opportunities for international lawyers in Singapore.
