Margaux Day is Policy Director of Accountability Counsel, a non-profit organization that advocates for international financial institutions to respect the rights of the people and environment they impact. Previously, she advised parties in peace negotiations and civil society representatives pursuing transitional justice as part of the Public International Law & Policy Group. Margaux was the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer of Diebold Nixdorf and an associate at Jones Day, where she advised companies on compliance with anti-corruption and environmental regulations. She holds degrees from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and the College of Wooster, and completed the International Investigators' Course at the Institute for International Criminal Investigations.
