Michael Kungurov advises companies on all issues regarding national and international tax law. His focus is on the taxation of Real Estate as well as Crypto Tokens. His clients include (internationally) operating businesses as well as non-profit organizations. Michael studied law at the University of Trier. In both state examinations he focused on tax law. He started his career as an associate at a tax law boutique located in Cologne. In September 2022 Michael joined Osborne Clarke in the Cologne office.
