Mweshi is the Founding and Managing Partner of the Firm. She holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from The University of Zambia and was admitted to the Bar in February 2008. Following the establishment of her Firm, Mweshi has continued to succeed in civil and commercial litigation and continues to provide advisory services in various areas of law including but not limited to contract law, employment law, family law, competition and consumer protection law, insurance law, regulatory and compliance advice. Mweshi has represented clients in merger applications, cartel investigations, restrictive business-practice matters, and general competition law compliance matters.
