Oleg Volodin is a senior associate in the Moscow Dispute Resolution practice of White & Case. Oleg focuses on investor-states disputes, as well as construction and corporate disputes and disputes arising out of the activities of international IT giants in Russia. He has experience in both arbitration and litigation proceedings (often parallel) and has represented clients in various complex disputes, including those involving multiple jurisdictions. Oleg has been recognised as one of Russia’s Top Young Arbitration Practitioners as part of the Russian Arbitration Association 40 Awards for 2020.
