Olga Karacheva

Attorney-at-Law at St Petersburg Bar Association, LL.M, Managing Partner at BRight Law Office. Olga graduated from the Siberian Federal University Law School with distinction. In 2019, she was awarded LL.M. in Human Rights Law with Distinction by Middlesex University London. Throughout her legal practice, Olga has represented clients in commercial cases and disputes between businesses and the state at internationally set standards. She is also practiced in human rights law, representing her clients both nationally and internationally.  In human rights law, Olga largely focuses on the right to equality and non-discrimination, as well as business & human rights. She works on gender-based violence cases, including cases of sexual abuse and domestic violence against women and children both at the domestic and international levels.  Olga is also a trainer under the European Programme for Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals (HELP) as well as a trainer at the St Petersburg Institute for Legal Research, Advocacy and Mediation.
