Olivia Loxley
Olivia is a lawyer in Linklaters LLP’s global pro bono team, where she has spent the last five years growing their access to justice pro bono and funding programmes in the UK. In addition to managing a large number of the firm’s pro bono partnerships in this space, Olivia collaborates with charity partners, law firms, international entities and technology providers to deliver innovative and impactful pro bono legal services.
Alongside project leadership, Olivia maintains a legal practice focusing on access to justice and human rights issues, and she is experienced in managing asylum and family reunification claims for LGBTQI+ people seeking asylum in the UK.
Prior to joining Linklaters, Olivia practised as a lawyer in Australia, where she specialised in the mining and energy sectors and worked with clients at all stages of the project lifecycle. She also spent a year working for the government of Timor-Leste as part of the negotiating team to delimit Timor-Leste’s maritime boundary with Australia. Olivia is admitted to practise in both Western Australia and the State of New York.
