Özgür is the Director of Pro Bono for Europe for DLA Piper managing a high-volume pro bono program in 19 countries serving more than 2000 attorneys. She also leads on DLA Piper's work on "Access to Justice and Technology". Özgür is a scholar of corporate social responsibility with a focus on human rights and investment with a PhD from Lancaster University. She worked as an international lawyer with extensive experience in project finance and she is Member of Istanbul Bar.
